Amenities include central air, central heat, a great... outdoor living space and deck, a dishwasher, hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, an updated kitchen, an updated bathroom, a front-loading washer and dryer, and a level front yard, two parking spots. City maintenance of streets in the winter. All utilities included (except electricity): heat, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, water, trash, and recycling pickup.

Date Available: January 1, 2026, or any date in January. $2,100/month rent. $1,500 security deposit.

Please note the strict no-smoking policy when you're applying. The owner has severe allergies =(. As such, this house has never been smoked in.
