Appalachian Manor

Looking for a girl, preferably in undergrad to take over my lease for my bedroom for the 2025-2026 school year. The apartment is a Winkler property in a great location, just across the street from campus. All utilities are included in the rent, as... well as regular housekeeping services, and maintenance services upon request. All bedrooms have at least one window and an individual bathroom. There is a convenient parking garage below the unit, with one guest pass available per unit for visitors. You'll be living with 3 other wonderful roommates, as well as a very well behaved ESA dog. The kitchen and living room are open and spacious, and the apartment overlooks a courtyard above the parking garage which is great for spending time outside and extra activity space.
