This property is located within a mile walking distance of campus (there is no sidewalk until you reach King Street). There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms total, this listing is for a sublet of one room upstairs with its own bathroom attached... and a walk in closet. There is furniture already in the living and dinning room, but there is no furniture in the bedroom. This unit comes with a parking spot for each roommate.
