Enjoy the lush mountain surroundings... from your spacious front porch, you might even see some local wildlife. This is a non-student rental.
Enter the home into a spacious open-concept living and kitchen area. Complete with ceiling fan, bright windows, and lots of cabinets for storage, this floorplan is perfect for entertaining. Down the hall you'll find the sizeable laundry area with additional storage and full sized washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features double closets and an en suite full bath complete with standalone shower and vanity sink with storage. The second bedroom has roomy closets, bright windows, and the other full bath features a tub/shower combination and vanity sink with storage.
Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing.
