​Escape to the mountains with this quaint 3bd/2ba cabin in Todd, NC! On a large green lawn and just 20 minutes away from Appalachian State, this home is quite close to all Boone and the High Country has to offer. Attached to the home is a large... covered deck with stunning stone work. Inside, there is an open concept floor plan, with vaulted ceilings and a large living and dining space, and a gorgeous stone fireplace for those winter months. Hardwood floors are throughout the whole home, along with ceiling fans, and beautiful wood paneling. Each bathroom has a large vanity, built-in cabinets and shelving, and a combination shower and bathtub. The bedrooms all have a ceiling fan, large closets, and plenty of space and natural light. This cabin truly is a hidden gem! Not a student accommodation.
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing.
Water is supplied by a shared well and is included in monthly rent. Electricity, provided by Blue Ridge Electricity, cable and internet, provided by Skyline, trash pickup, lawn care, and snow removal are all responsibilities of the tenant. A washer and dryer is included with the cabin for an added amenity!
