The security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the tenant's responsibility. For a pet, age and breed restrictions will apply. Yardwork is tenant responsibility. On-site, shared laundry room in the next-door cottage basement.
