Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Well water, private septic, and lawncare are included in the rental rate. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat is electric baseboard, propane Rinnai, and gas logs, no AC.
