This newly constructed subdivision hosts six one-bedroom, one-bathroom and five two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabins set in the beautiful countryside of Johnson County, TN and only a 22 minutes drive from downtown Boone and ASU. Each cabin features its... own front porch that overlooks scenic mountains. There is also a creek and walking trails, and ample parking for the community.
A keyless front door entry leads into an open-concept living room and kitchen. The cabin has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, high-vaulted ceilings, and ample natural light. The kitchen features plenty of cabinet space with granite countertops and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and microwave. There is a stackable washer and dryer tucked away beside the bathroom, which contains a granite countertop and tub/shower combination. The bedroom has the same high ceilings, a fan, and two windows allowing lots of light.
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Electric is the responsibility of the tenant, with water, sewer, trash pickup, and yard care included in the monthly rent.
