Co-ed apartment with one male and one female renewing their lease. Two bedrooms will be available in the Spring 2027 semester, however this listing is only for one unit. For more information on the second unit, please message me.

Bathrooms are Jack... and Jill style, with two residents sharing a bathroom which is directly accessible from the bedroom.

Apartment is on the ground floor with three steps leading up to the door, so move in will be breezy!
