College place apartments

Washer and dryer in unit. Looking for a roommate for this upcoming school year. Its a 2 bed/ 2 bath unit with access to appalcart stops near walmart. Rent is 675 a month, all utilites included except gas, which has been around 45 a month. I have a... cat as well so maybe looking for someone friendly with pets!
