***UTILITIES***
The only utilities that aren't included are power and internet. The power bill is typically $90-$110 but averages around $100.

***RENT***
This sublease is for ONE TENANT ONLY. Rent is $500 per month, per tenant. Security deposit is $500. You would be taking over the last 7 months of my lease, with the option to renew in July 2026. This would mean that you draw up a new 7 month lease with the landlord.

***CONTACT***
Once you reach out to me I will put you into contact with the landlord after which you will be responsible for discussing lease terms with them. This is because this is not technically a sublease - You would be signing a new lease with the landlord.

***ROOMMATE***
