This lovely 2bd/2ba cabin home right in Boone is located off of Homespun Hills Drive and close to ASU's campus and Caldwell Community College. This home has a large covered porch to enjoy, and is located within walking distance to an AppalCart stop....

Inside find a cozy kitchen and living room combo, with lots of natural light to enjoy the wooded surroundings. On the main floor is a bedroom with roomy closet, ceiling fan, and full size bath. Downstairs find another bedroom with full bath, and a bonus room which would be perfect as a home office or gaming room.

Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with well water included in the monthly rent. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application. Heat source is a propane furnace.
