Faculty Street Apt (1 block from campus) (Shared Housing)

1 Bedroom available for rent. Comes with built-in closet. Shared space includes 1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Unit is on second floor of building; outside features two staircases and a raised walkway. No elevator or ramp access. Building is... located one block from the Holmes Convocation Center and Parking Deck.

Unit is partially furnished in living room (with my own furniture, feel free to bring some stuff to liven the space) but there is NO furnishing provided in the bedroom for rent. Kitchen has all utilities and appliances other than a dishwasher. There is no washer or dryer in the unit and there is not a laundry room in the apartment building. Floors are carpeted in all rooms other than kitchen and bathroom.

THERE IS A CAT IN THE UNIT. HIGH ALLERGY RISK. He is a long-hair cat and sheds a decent amount and this is a fully carpeted unit and fur will cling to it more than it does on hardwood or tile floors. Even if you have only mild allergies to pet fur or dander, the carpet can make it feel worse. NO OTHER ANIMALS PLEASE as he cannot get along with them and pets are not allowed other than emotional or service animals anyways. Litter box and cat food will not be placed in any shared space and renter has no responsibility to take care of the animal.

Building is shared with a bar called Elevation 3333. Please be aware of this as I understand the concept can be uncomfortable for some individuals. However, noise levels from outside are low inside the apartment and I have never experienced disturbances from customers so you probably won't either. Read More
