Each townhome has an open concept kitchen and living area and there are two bedrooms on the main floor with two bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. All utilities in rent include cable/Internet and electric & water cap. Trash dumpster on site. Non-pet friendly.

Forrest Edge Rental Rates:

Bedroom A: $540.00/mo. with a $340.00 deposit
Bedroom B: $555.00/mo. with a $355.00 deposit
Bedroom C&D: $595.00/mo. with a $395.00 deposit

Each unit has only three parking spots. Parking is an additional $40.00 per month per spot. Parking spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Once you have received notice, you will have 24 hours to accept (or decline) and electronically (or in person at our office) pay your non-refundable $50 Administrative Fee. This fee is per roommate, in order to reserve the unit/bedroom we have offered you, as well as create your lease and establish your Online Tenant Portal. This fee must be paid before the creation of your lease will begin. Once the administrative fee is received, you will receive your lease for review, as well as the security deposit request for your unit.
