Forrest Edge Rental Rates:

Bedroom A: $770.00/month with a $770.00 Deposit
Bedroom B: $790.00month with a $790.00 deposit
Bedroom C&D: $840.00/mo. with a $840.00 deposit

Each unit has only three parking spots. Parking is an additional $40.00 per month per spot. Parking spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
