The downstairs apartment features a full-size kitchen with eat-in area, living room, bedroom, full bathroom, and an additional bonus room that would be perfect for a home office! The lower level is separate from upstairs, although both levels are accessible from inside.
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water, sewer, and yard care included in the monthly rent. This home is pet friendly for one dog, cats not considered. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
