** Price listed is current rent price, Village of Meadowview maintains the right to adjust the rent to current market value at the time of lease reassignment.**

Upon interest in taking over both leases, both residents will have to fill out an application with the Village of Meadowview expressing interest in both leases pertaining to both bedrooms of the apartment. A one-time application fee of $350.00 will be required by the Village of Meadowview per application. Upon move-in, a one-time move in / tech fee of $105.00 will be required per bedroom.

A 2-month security deposit will be required if interested residents do not qualify, do not have a guarantor, and do not go through the guarantor waiver program provided by the Village of Meadowview (this program is a guarantor replacement for students and comes with a $60.00 monthly fee).

No smoking allowed in unit, cable, water, and sewer are included in rent, electricity is separate. If you own a pet there will be a main pet fee charged per pet up front along with a pet fee charged per month, and the pet must be approved by management. One pet allowed per bedroom. Parking permits will be given for residents and visitors must use visitor parking.
