The View Apartments is a collection of rental units off of Meadowview Drive. The room for sublet is 120 sq. ft. and includes a closet and remote controlled A/C. This unit can hold up to 3 residents and includes a common area with a fully furnished... kitchen set up (Refrigerator, Stove and Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher). Parking is included with the property, even featuring a guest parking area. Placed in a nice location in close proximity to the Watauga Village Shopping Center (Walmart, Food Lion, etc.), Publix, Post Office, 3 different AppalCart bus stops (currently servicing Express, Red, and Purple), and various neighborhoods with plenty of sidewalk space. Overall a very convenient spot for students looking to live in Boone over the summer and great for when the semester comes back around, as there is also the opportunity to renew lease in August!
