Inside, walk into a spacious living room complete with a stone fireplace, exposed beams, and plenty of natural light. The modern kitchen features a unique backsplash, recessed lighting, a plethora of cabinets, large basin sink, and a dining area. Off of the kitchen is a laundry and mudroom, as well as the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features ample space, with an attached bathroom containing a double vanity, granite countertops, and rain shower. This split-floorplan finds the other two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house, along with the second full bath. Each bedroom comes equipped with airy windows, walk-in closets, and ceiling fans.

Non-student and jointly leased, and the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with well water included. Central heat and air with a gas log fireplace. Tenant renter's insurance with liability is required. Pets are negotiable with owner approval, please ask your leasing representative before applying. There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent per approved pet.
