Taking over these two subleases, you will receive a $30 monthly discount for the same unit, as if you were to apply to Mountaineer directly. My roommate and I... have decided we are not coming back to App State, but we had already signed leases for $925 per person. The 3rd bedroom is also available, but that would require a new lease from Mountaineer and paying the full $955, compared to our price for 2 of the bedrooms at $925.
