Perfect Tiny House for Grad Students or Nursing Students!!!

This Tiny House is perfect for students who want to get away from town when classes are over. It is conveniently located and is only 12 miles from campus, just off Hwy. 421, so is easily accessible.

Tiny House with all appliances, including... washer/dryer, full refrigerator, full-size stove, and dishwasher; you will be responsible for electric, propane and internet. The heating is thermostat-controlled propane, and the water is from an artesian spring well. Property is on the corner of Buttermilk Creek and Roan Creek, approximately 12 miles from Boone and 10 miles from Mountain City.

Roan Creek (trout fishing) runs on the side of the property and Buttermilk Creek runs in front of the house and helps create a pleasant environment. One dog is okay with a non-refundable $150 deposit. The lease is for one year and requires a one month security deposit + the pet deposit.
