Also downstairs in the washer and dryer, and two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The living area downstairs comes with a sofa, chair and coffee table. The bar of the kitchen comes with 4 barstools. The bedrooms do have locks that you can use a key from the outside to get in and they come with carpet and furnished with a bed, desk and chair, side table, and dresser. There are three girls that have signed a lease for this apartment, I am looking for a girl to sublease 1 bedroom for $1095 a month for a year.
