Riverstone Condo

I am looking for a VERY responsible and trustworthy individual to reside in, and help me take care of my Boone condo (on the appalcart, adjacent to Mountaineer Village) for the upcoming academic year.

This is a very quiet community just up the hill... from Mountaineer Village sharing the MV appalcart stops. Occupants are a mix of home owners, faculty, and grad students. I am the owner of this property.

The arrange would be set up as a formal lease where you will "share" a partially furnished, upscale, 2 bed, 2 bath condo with me (an AppState grad) who will be temporarily out of state for the next year (ie. you will be the only tenant). In addition to a nominal rent, you will be 100% responsible for all utilities and work with me (remotely) to address any unlikely maintenance issues.

Updates include new paint (gray), tiled backsplash.
