RiversWalk Apartments

Riverswalk is located one block over from king St and is a nice flat 10 min walk to campus. I’m subleasing one bedroom is a 4 bedroom male apartments. All roommates are clean, quiet, and nice. The bedroom has been kept clean and comes furnished. Unit... has washer and dryer, large common area with tv, in unit heating and ac. The complex had a very nice study area, free printer, outdoor pool, walking path next to Boone creek, and 24 hours fitness center. All utilities include included, except electricity, which comes out to about $15 a month. This is honestly a great place to live, there is on site parking but it’s a separate charge and I don’t have it. However, there are two private lots right across the street and university parking up the hill.
