Roommate Needed - Private bed/bath - $690/mo Apartments (Shared Housing)

Roommate needed for a joint lease at 105 Oak Grove Rd #30, Boone, NC 28607. I'm splitting a bedroom with my partner, while you'd have the other half of the unit, a bedroom and a bathroom, all to yourself.

No utilities are included with the rent.... The company this lease is with is SCS Future. Right out front, there are AppalCART stops for the Maroon, Pop 105, and Silver routes. Parking is included free of charge for residents and visitors, and no sticker or parking pass is required either. In the unit, there's laundry, a dishwasher, a front deck with a mountain view, and a full kitchen. Move-in date is August 1, 2026.

Since this is a joint lease, we'll have a cost/liability-share agreement. There's some fees due on move-in (first and last month's rent, cleaning fee). Your share of that will be $1,530. I've covered your share of the security deposit ($690).

A little bit about us:

I'm a full-time student finishing out my degree at App and I'll probably pursue an apprenticeship or grad school in town once I get that taken care of. I work part-time with AppalCART driving the bus in the evening, so you might've already seen me around town. My partner is graduating from Wingate University at the end of this Spring and will be working here in Boone after that, possibly doing grad school here.
