Convenient to downtown and campus in a walkable, pleasant residential neighborhood. One off-street parking... spot available. Relaxed atmosphere. Bikeable and accessible to Appalcart. Rental includes 2 bedrooms and a full bath + shared kitchen and living room on the first floor of the house.

Neighborhood zoning ordinance (annoyingly) prohibits more than 2 unrelated people living in the same household. SINGLE APPLICANTS ONLY UNLESS RELATED/MARRIED.

Rent is $950 per month, utilities included.

Available right away. Minimum six-month commitment preferred, but some flexibility. If you do not plan to move in until Fall 2026, please look elsewhere. Owners prefer to find a tenant intending to move in before that time.
