The Standard

Private bedroom and bathroom available for a spring lease takeover at The Standard Boone. This is a 4x4 male unit with three clean, quiet, respectful roommates who mostly keep to themselves. One roommate has a small, calm indoor cat that primarily... stays in his room.

The room is spacious with good natural light, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The apartment is modern with furnished common areas, in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen.

The lease runs through July 24, with the option to renew directly with management. Monthly rent is 1120, parking optional at 125, electric averages 28 to 35. Internet, water, and trash are included. All upfront fees have already been paid.
