University Highlands

University Highlands is the cheapest rent I am aware of in Boone, and all utilities are included, even internet! The 660 monthly rent is the only fee you'll be paying! This lease has the option to resign for next year which is a great perk since this... community is very competitive. People lined up 6-7 hours before the office opened waiting in the snow to sign a lease if that says anything.

Also, my roommate is graduating at the same time as me and is also looking for a sublease. So if you have someone in mind you want to room with the option is there!

For pictures just look up University Highlands on Google and go to their website for a virtual tour! All apartments are laid out the same.

This apartment is on the 2nd floor.
