Apartment Description

New Complex completed in August 2025 - 2 bedroom 2 bath units on Old 421 in Boone!

Rent is $1,750.00 for the unit or $875 per bedroom. Rent will include trash and parking (1 spot allotted per bedroom). Tenants are responsible for electric, water and...
cable/wifi. Washer and Dryers included in each unit. $70 monthly fee for internet service - invoiced to tenant portal.

This apartment complex allows pets up to 20 lbs only - $30/month pet fee and all animals must be approved prior to move in. Limit of 2 animals per apartment.

Lease start date of August 7th, 2026 and lease will continue through July 28th, 2027.

Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and the refundable security deposit $1,550 is due. Fees are per person. If two tenants are leasing the unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and the refundable security deposit of $675 per person.
