Cottages of Boone Unit0184 E Relet

This room is being relet for a one occupant! Those interested will contact me first, then I will contact the Cottages of Boone. Interested party will then sign a lease with the Cottages. The lease will run to the end of June 2025 unless the... interested and the Cottages have a different contract. Rent is $998 a month, not including other fees such as pets or insurance.

In order to make this room more agreeable, I will pay for your first month's rent! (Note that this will not include extra fees such as pets, parking, or damages sought by the cottages during your first month.) Contact me for details.

Relet must begin on the first of the month, however it is available for every month until July 2025. This is due to the Cottage's lease schedule.

One room with one bath and large closet on the lower floor of cottage-style unit with four other tenants. Room is carpeted, one window, smoke detector in room. Room is within cottage-style unit within the Cottages of Boone student living apartment neighborhood. Wi-fi is provided. Washer and dryer in unit.

Other tenants are all male. Applicant should be male preferably.

Room is room E, as designated in the E4 floorplan at the Cottages of Boone.

Electric utility is handled on a per-unit basis. One tenant in the unit takes responsibility to have electric bill in their name, and will collect the divided shares from other tenants.

Trash service is provided by valet service, picks up Sunday-Thursday.

Pets are allowed with authorization and payment of initial deposit and monthly fee. Pets must have flea and tick medication, and be housebroken.

Pool, firepit, fitness room, and yoga room located at community center.

Maintenance is handled per request. Make requests through online portal.

AppalCART, Boone's free bus system, has three stops in the neighborhood. It's a less than 5 minute walk on the sidewalk to get to one of these stops from the unit.

I have had to leave the Cottages and App State due to external circumstances. I am looking for someone to relet the room to. Once the handover is complete, I am no longer involved, and will not have access to the room.
