Green Mountain Apts

Looking for a roommate to fill this lease with me. Female, male, nonbinary, I don't mind! Move in date around the first of next year.

One door away from the App State campus. Easy to walk to campus or the Convocation Center. The apartment comes... with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Included in the rent is parking for up to 2 cars belonging to tenants. Pets are allowed but require a lot of paperwork to get approved. There's also a (nonrefundable) deposit and extra rent per month per pet. I'm also mildly allergic to cats, so no cats ( sorry :[ ).

About me:
- I am a transfer student coming from CVCC with the intention of getting a Bachelor's in Fermentation Science. I'm in general a big nerd. I like science and all kinds of art. I like to cook. And I get along with most people.

- I don't mind a bit of clutter, as long as it isn't dirty. Like food items and such.

- I keep to myself alot during the day and think privacy is something to be greatly respected. That doesn't mean I'm not sociable! I like to meeting people and connecting with them with games and art. Especially tabletop and roleplaying games.

- I go to bed between 10-11PM usually and will rise around 8AM. Sometimes I get up earlier, but not often.
